$680,000 funding for youth homeless projects, already

Not yet half-way into the financial year, TCF is on record-setting pace with donations to

support its frontline charity partners’ youth homelessness projects.

Since June we have provided support for Stepping Stone House, The Burdekin Association and WAYS Youth and Family.

By Christmas, we will have finalised funding for BackTrack Youth Works and Coffee

Brigade and the six-months total of our donations will be $680,000.

Those programs include safe accommodation in northern NSW for kids learning life and

work skills, a unique youth homelessness prevention program in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, breakfast and social connection for homeless people in inner-Brisbane parks, an Aboriginal elder mentoring First Nations children and teenagers, and semi-independent and independent living programs for youngsters emerging from full-time care.
